Animals have gone extinct from the beginning of 21st centaury.

Here we have given you extinct animals list:

§         The Baiji Dolphin: A journey organized by Baiji Foundation in the year 2006 sought evidence that Baiji dolphins existed in their home, the Yangtze River in China. From six nations scientists traveled 3500 kilometers for two research vessels to Yangtze Delta and then go back over their route. They were outfitted with complicated visual instruments as well as underwater microphones, however were not able to detect any surviving dolphins. Foundation published a report on this journey as well as affirmed the species functionally extinct. It suggests that very few potential breeding pairs remain to make assure that species will survive.

Its end is credited to a combination of factors including airborne pollution and because of its limited range and worldwide warming.

§         Holdridge's Toad: This is one of the extinct animals. This species lived in lesser montane rainforest across Barva volcano in Costa Rica. This species has not been seen from the year 1986 in spite of seven successive intensive searching years to 2007 year. It was previously easy to find out during breeding season.
